The Assembly of Assinter Members consists of representatives delegated by the actual ( ordinary) associates and two representatives of the Regions and Autonomous Provinces expressed by the special committee digital agenda. To each ordinary Member and representatives of the Autonomous Regions and Provinces are assigned one vote.
The assembly upon proposal of the President appoints a Director, who has the task of assisting the President in the implementation the directives of the assembly and may have the power of external representation of the Association; with the agreement of the President, also provides for the management of the budget and staff available to the Association.
He is elected by the Assembly, he has a two year term of office and he is in fact the legal representative of the Association.
He may delegate Vice Presidents for some of his functions.
The councilors remain in office for the duration of the term of office of the President, they assist him in the realization of the program of activities, in the management and representation of the Association. They are elected by the Assembly, with the relative majority of all those present entitled to vote at the specific Assembly.
The Steering Committee
The Steering Committee is composed of the President, the Director and four Councilors. That body has the objective to support the President for the implementation of the associative program and it remains in office for the duration of te termo of office of the President.
He is elected by the Assembly and must be an Auditor. He has a two year term of office, he expires on the occasion of the first ordinary assembly and has the task to monitor the economic and financial performance and reporting it to the assembly with the budget report.
The Secretarial office
The Assembly, upon proposal of the President, identifies a Director who manages the budget and the staff at the disposal of the Association. The structure consists of an administrative and communication function and a function of technical-legal assistance and institutional relations.
